Quando alguém me pergunta o que eu gostaria de ser se não fosse palestrante, eu brinco e digo que gostaria de ser um palestrante homem. Por que? O que sexo mudaria?
Em termos dos temas que trato, Futuro, Inovação e Gerações, nada. O tempo da palestra também não seria afetado, em geral entre 1 a 1 e ½ hora. Nem a roupa, já que adotei o terno masculino, desde a minha primeira palestra. Mas o tempo entre tomar banho e subir ao palco seria diminuído em pelo menos 2 horas. Vocês sabem, mulheres tem todo um relacionamento com cabelo e maquiagem.
Existe uma real diferença entre um profissional que sobe ao palco e fala sobre o tópico que domina e aquele que tem a profissão de palestrante?

É um ponto interessante este da Katrina. Afinal, palestrar presencialmente é um formato antigo de comunicação. E, sim, extremamente poderoso. Muitas empresas perdem a oportunidade de atrair esse brilho, nas semanas que antecedem o evento. Um bom palestrante dará crédito a sua marca criando aquele desejo no público-alvo de “esse não dá pra perder”.
Hoje em dia, dar espaço para os palestrantes em seu site é muito simples. Muitas empresas me pedem vídeos, que eu faço de muito bom grado – como esses acima – para subir em seus sites, fanpages, ou viralizar pelo WhatsApp. E a interatividade com o evento começa muito antes dele realmente acontecer.
No meu caso, além das redes, tenho um Canal no Youtube, há 10 anos, com mais de 200 vídeos entre palestras completas e mini vídeos, que podem ser degustados rapidamente, e traduzem o clima que estabeleço com minhas plateias. Sim, o palestrante se apropria do seu público: a minha plateia.
