Todo mundo que me segue nas redes está acostumado a ver as minhas plaquinhas de “Próximas Palestras”. Até hoje fico espantada como essa plaquinha sempre ganha tantos ‘likes’.
Nesses anos todos como palestrante foram centenas delas. As plaquinhas trazem essas informações: meu logo, o logo do cliente, a data e nome da palestra, a cidade e se o evento é fechado ou aberto ao público. É isso. Apenas isso.
Hoje, um cliente cancelou uma palestra após ver nas redes sociais que eu havia postado minha plaquinha “Próximas Palestras”, sobre o evento dele. Não consigo entender por que minha agenda deveria ser secreta.
Minha agenda é pública. Esta é minha prerrogativa. É como publicar meu status em qualquer rede, o que estou fazendo ou o que vou fazer. Abro meu tempo para me conectar com as pessoas que se interessam pelo o que faço.
Nada confidencial foi revelado. Nem contrato assinado tínhamos! E, na boa, ainda me dispus a fazer uma dinâmica com o grupo 😉
E sabe o que iria acontecer no dia da palestra? O público, como em todas as minhas palestras, iria tirar fotos dos meus slides e fotos comigo e iria postar nas redes, revelando assim “o grande segredo desta empresa”: uma palestra da palestrante Beia Carvalho.
Mas até megalomania tem limites, gente!
É só um evento. É só uma palestra. É a nova Era do Conhecimento Compartilhado, gente. É a nova Era da Colaboração. Porque uma era complexa clama por colaboração!
